1. What Shopper2U is — and isn't

Shopper2U lets users post requests, post from the places where they shop, create listings of items they can get, comment, make and accept offers, chat, and leave reviews.

Shopper2U is not a party to any agreement between buyers and shoppers, is not an agent of either, does not sell or ship goods, and does not process, hold or guarantee payments.

2. Fees and payments

Shopper2U is free to use. We charge no platform, listing or service fees. The service is supported by advertising.

Buyers and shoppers arrange payment directly between themselves. You are responsible for the payment method you choose and for any loss arising from it.

3. Safety tips

Check the other person's profile, reviews and completed orders before agreeing.

Ask for receipt and item photos. Shoppers can upload these in the order tracker.

Consider paying a deposit up front and the balance on handover.

Never pay through links sent in chat, and never share passwords, OTP codes or banking details.

Only confirm receipt once the item is in your hands and matches what you requested.

Report anything suspicious using the Report button — a moderator will review it.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

One person, one account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Buyer responsibilities

Only request lawful items that may be imported into your country. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import permits.

Describe what you want accurately and respond to shoppers in good time.

6. Shopper responsibilities

Only buy genuine items from legitimate retailers, and represent prices honestly.

Only post from places you are really at (or will be at on the dates you give), and use your own photos.

In listings, describe items and prices accurately, honour the offers you accept, and delist or decline promptly when you can no longer get an item. An order limit counts the offers you accept; cancelled orders free their spot.

Comply with airline, customs and import rules in every country you travel through, including declaring goods where required.

7. Prohibited items and content

You may not request, list, offer or discuss items on our prohibited items list, or post content — including comments — that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing or misleading.

Comments are public. Keep them relevant and respectful, and don't post phone numbers, bank details or payment links in them — use chat.

8. Moderation

Moderators may hide posts and listings, delete comments, remove reviews that break the rules, and suspend or close accounts, with or without notice, to keep the community safe. Shoppers may delete comments on their own posts and listings.

9. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real order. Reviews can only be left after an order is completed.

10. Liability

Shopper2U is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any transaction between users, including items that are lost, damaged, counterfeit, delayed or not as described, or for payments made between users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
